Does anyone have fresh theme for a new Cafe in India?

Do some market reasearch as to what people in the local neighbourhood like so you can cater to what they want...You can also add some more exotic stuff in as well.

Different people prefers to drink coffe in different temperature. So, make some arrangement to serve the required temp coffe instantly.

Add a small place for salsa dancing with lights in the corner with a musical instrument for free, ie. any body can play.
