  1. You can roast marshmallows... or eat noodles and roast fish...

  2. you should bring a pack of fish

  3. You could always do the traditional "weenie roast" but with a veggie dog. Smart Dogs are my favorite :)

For s'mores, just get vegan marshmallows and then put peanut butter on them. Delicious!

For a snack, you can make trail mix with the following items:

    dried fruit and nut mix

    roasted sunflower seeds

    roasted edamame

    baked apple chips

    flaxseed and soy cereal

You can also make Potato and Carrots bowl:

    potatoes still in skin

    carrots

    soy sauce

    salt and pepper

    Directions:

Cut potatoes into small cubes put in bowl with chopped carrots. Boil in microwave or stove until soft usually 15-20 minutes. Drain water and then place carrots and potatoes in aluminum foil shape foil like a bowl so juices won't leak out. Cover potatoes and carrots with a hefty sprinkle of soy sauce and howe'ver much salt and pepper you want.  Wrap up tightly in foil and put in oven 400 for 30-35 minutes. Best if you used while out camping and then just cook it under some nice hot coals.

    Hope I helped :)

  4. A good dish is a green bean salad.  You can use fresh or canned green beans:

Just throw the beans in a large plastic bag.  Add oil, vinegar, garlic powder, and salt to taste, then shake away.  You can keep this in the cooler until you're ready to eat.

Bread, peanut butter, and banana slices make great sandwiches.

If you are taking cereal or oatmeal, also bring along some dried fruit to put on top.

Roasted potatoes over the fire:  Wash potatoes, cut into small pieces (about 1/2 inch cubes) place in bowl and add some oil, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.  Stir to make sure everything is coated then put potatoes in foil.  Fold foil over to create a sealed pocket and place on the grill over the fire.  Let cook for 40 minutes or until the potatoes are browned.

Always take cans of things...corn, beans, fruit, etc.  Just don't forget the can opener.

You can always cook rice if you have a pot.  Two parts water for one part white or brown rice.

    Enjoy the surroundings.

  5. Smores.

    Materials:

You would need Marshmellows, Chocolate and Graham crackers.

    Steps:

    Just roast the marshmellows.

Then put them on a graham cracker with a piece of chocolate.

Next just put another graham cracker on top and smush it down.

Last just let it melt a little and enjoy! =)

  6. Hot Dogs roasted over a fire and put on a bun with the fixin's of your choice..  EASY as CAKE!
