Does anyone have good plans for building a poker table?

About 5 years ago, just out of college, I built a pretty sturdy and good looking poker table. It has since been given away and I am looking to build a nicer one for my new man cave above the garage.

I would like to spend about $100 (a little more is fine) on materials and want the design to include plans for a base.
