I am far away from my home from 8am to 10pm on most days. I need to find a great diet to lose a ton of weight. The problem is I don't have access to a refrigerator, stove, or even a microwave, so I have no way to cook anything.
What could I make to bring with me in a small cooler I could leave in my car?
Also, I want to lose weight pretty quickly...Exercise is a problem because I am constantly on the go and litterally don't have time. So drastically changing my diet is the way to go...
any tips?
Also I have polycystic ovary syndrome and my doctor believes I may be insulin resistant...
