  1. Keep trying and if it is meant to be then you will have a baby! Good Luck and baby dust to you. Sorry I have no miracle answer for you, I wish I did.

  2. Well first, have to gotten a 2nd opinion?  I was diognosed by my family doctor (after an ultrasound) with endometriosis but when my OBGYN reviewed the ultrasound he said it wasnt.  He did a HSG to clear my tubes just in case and I am still not pregnant.  My aunt was diagnosed with endometriosis and never had children.  I'm not trying to be negative, but you should maybe look at other options.  You could also have surgery to remove the damage before it gets worse.  Depending on how long determines the damage done to your uterus.  If the walls of your uteris won't attatch you may have a tubular pregnancy.  Get a second opinion.

  3. It will be easier for you once you have a D&C done.  I have been through this to.  There are treatments and interventions that you can do.  There are lots of different levels of severity of endometriosis.  The more severe you have it, the less likely you will be successful with pregnancy.  I did go to an RE (reproductive endocrinologist).  If you go that route they will certainly tell you what you are up against.  Good Luck!
