I think it's from the Pacific train station. Can you tell me how to get to the station by car?

I'm looking at your questions as carefully as I can.  First, I've never heard of a "Tico Train."  (So unable to answer the departing point or parking.)

As to the "Pacific train station,"  do you mean the Pacific coast side of Costa Rica?  If so, I can almost guarantee there is no train there.

This is an edit after reading Jorge R's answer.  I have lived in Costa Rica almost 5 years (part time) but had never heard of this (apparently mainly touristic) train.  And since I live near the Central Pacific side of CR and never heard ANYONE (local or foreigner) even mention a train, I was not aware of it.
