I heard about this program that can help first time home buyers with financial assistance. How do I go about getting involved. Can someone out there give me some details about this program. What are the qualifications.

You can check into The USDA program,Its no money down program,you do not have to be the first time home buyers:the home has to be in maps area tough, ask the Realtors in your Town, Or the lenders in your Town.If the home  you wants to purchase is not in the maps area, Asking for Sellers concessions program, The will pay for your closing cost,Or if the home  is appraising for more than the purchase amount, You can borrow for that amount,:However: you do have to pay back the amount that you're borrowed. If the Sellers are willing to pay for your closing cost, than you don't have to borrow more than what the purchased amount..I hope this help.
