Does anyone have information on Kimura china (Japan)?

Question

I have a tea cup and saucer set in a box that my mother gave me that I would love some history on. I know that when my parents got married in 1973, my dad's cousin and his Japanese wife gave them this set as a wedding present. On the side of this green box is hand written "Blue and White Hower design cup and saucer set" and has a blue and white label with Japanese symbols. On the bottom of the cups and saucers say Kimura china and most have a little sticker right below that that says JAPAN. My internet search has come up with nothing. Can anyone help me?
