Presumably, your father has accumulated an extensive network of clients, vendors and colleagues he has interacted with. Nobody knows your father's talents better than they do. The best thing he can do is to tap into this network of acquaintances. There are many ways he can do this -- generally described as "networking" -- he can research this online to learn more.
