Does anyone have knowledge of stem cell research on alleviating arthritis of the knees ?

I googled "stem cell research knee arthritis pain relief" and got some decent info but no personal testimonials nor much optimism on articular (bone-end) cartilage regrowth/replacement.

Anyone with knee arthritis treament experience please feel free to comment, even on the subject in general.

Lots of cases of arthritis are promulgated by nutrition. The inflammation is made worse and the body's ability to heal is significantly compromised by certain foods that you may not even know you have any kind of sensitivity. It goes on a case-by-case basis, so you should maybe look into getting checked for food sensitivites. It's similar to an allergy, but less severe and noticeable.
