Contact any local manufacturer and ask for some.

Where I work, there's probably a thousand of them....but I'm in the US.

check with any trucking companies in your area

reimer, etc they can probably help you the best

also shopping centres check with store managers usually

if there is a tax break and your doing them a favor they usually
