Does anyone have phone numbers to major record labels?

You can get the numbers of all major record labels in Musician's Atlas.  It's a magazine they carry at Borders or Barnes & Noble.

your in luck man! i just bought a promo cd (not meant for resale ....only for record companys blah blah...) and it has the number for universals head of music on it

Ditto what Percy L said. Musicians Atlas is great, BUT I'd take a look at this article which explains a little what exactly Musicians Atlas is.
