Does anyone have positive feedback about Virgin Mobile?

Im thinking about doing the whole pre-paid thing. I dont know if Virgin Mobile is a good service?...or should I pick something else?

i started out with a Virgin mobile phone its a decent phone if you just want  to have a phone to call with and Looks of the phone are not an issue with you......with that being said i would suggest you research all other pre-paid possibility like Tmobille/Cingular or Verizon

If you live somewhere where cell phone service isn't great to begin with, you may get poor reception. Customer service is good though.

Nah...-The ONLY "feedback" I've ever gotten from THEM- has hurt my ears!  :(

I had it for  2 years and had no problems with it ...
