Does anyone have sample behavior intervention plans I can see?

Can any of you let me see some sample behavior intervention plans for dealing with a child with adhd, oppositional defiant disorder, depression, and/or low self esteem? I just want ot get some ideas on what other parents have tried so I can come up with a bip for my son. There are lots of websites with information but I haven't found any with actual behavior intervention plans for special education. Do you know of any?

There is this really good book... "The Teacher's Guide to Behavioral Interventions: Intervention Strategies for Behavior Problems in the Educational Environment" by:  Kathy K. Cummins, M.Ed., Hawthorne Educational Services

This book has many examples of behavior problems and numerous suggestions for intervention.  I have found it very helpful in my classroom.
