Does anyone have some info in the last name Douvros?

this is my last name, it is greek . my papou is from an island named spetses ,in the saronic islands. the spelling is exact because he showed me. anyone with some interesting information? maybe some other euro "variations" from other countries? "smart" professors always try to put a french twist on it. ha!
