Does anyone have suggestions for rock song needed for an audition?

I'm auditioning for the musical "the who's tommy" and i need a rock song to do so...i've never really experimented with anything other than musical theatre before so its something new for me. Any suggestions?

It would really depend on what part you are playing. 'Tommy' is a rock opera, and The Who made a CD of the same name that told a story. I would pick a song from that CD to use. Also, when choosing your song, bear in mind what part you are aiming to get.

maybe you could try singing led zeppelin or black sabbath as they we're the same time with the who and have the same genre . you could also try singing the who songs. wont get fooled again or baba 'o riley would be good choices
