Magic Jack is a computer based phone connection shown on TV for Free Long Distance.

I've had mine about 6 months now and it works Great!  I do have 2 gigs of RAM and an extra fast connection, so that certainly helps...

If you don't have any problems, you won't need to contact the company.  If you do, it's text-based chat only (not good at all).

There is an Unofficial Magic Jack users forum where you can get help to tweak your settings and make it work much better.

Try there if you get stuck.  But, if you have less than 1 gig of memory and/or your connection has less than 512Kb upload, you are not going to get as much voice quality performance.

You also want USB 2.0 and a decent pc processor chip too.
