Does anyone have the Razor E300 electric scooter?

I have one and i need help with it. What does the 24 on the turning bar mean? When i charge it the charger says charge is complete only after 2 hours and it only lasts for 15 minutes. What do I do?

i have this scooter and the 24 means its completely charged like when u are riding it means the battery is full and mine usually charges for 2 or 3 hours as well but if u are noticing it only lasts for 15 mins it depends what u mean if u r saying it only stays for 15 mins on the 24 or it dies in 15 minz if it dies in 15 mins then u may need the battery in the scooter replaced but if u mean it only stays on the 24 for 15 minz  then thats normal it always happens and might i suggest next time u get an electic scooter buy this one  http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.d...  i have this one as well and it lasts alot longer and goes over more bumps and it also goes way faster anywayz goodluck : ]

i have one but mine never does that
