  1. I don't use it for cooking! But it does make awesome strawberry thickshakes just use vanilla icecream & strawberries, SO YUMMY!

Be careful if you buy it cause you might put on a bit of weight experimenting with the different kinds of shakes, smoothies and soft icecream concoctions you can make. I've added chocolate bars, syrups, cream and all sorts of other sweet stuff to mine. It can get addictive.

I only use mine to make dips and drinks, Oh and to puree precooked vegies for soups or baby food.

Some times if you don't chop the vegies/ fruit small enough they get stuck, and all the pieces need to be cut the same size or you might have onions that are half mush and half chunks.

  2. I have one and it works well for some and not for others, alot has to do with how you use it and what your expectations are, the first BOZO, is a nut, the second lady has a point, I am a former chef and have the full unit including the blender/juicer.

If you expecting it to work exactly like the infomercial do not, it was edited for TV and is only a way of demonstrating the uses of the unit, my sister has one of the cordless one, and with the exception of my niece s******g on the base the wrong way, they love there to.

I would recommend like the second lady said prep things first and make sure to pulse them, tap the side and shake it to to move things around.

  3. no its a hoax dont get it it doesnt even work or nething its dum just learn how 2 cook
