Does anyone have the mod 92a in the army? i was just wondering what it'll be like.

  1. It depends on what unit you are going to. You could end up working a motor pool as a TAMMS Clerk. Thats what i do, keeping track fo velichle records, keys, log books, drivers licenses and so forth. You could also be put into a military warehouse or in a strictly maintience company. It all depends on what unit you will be attached to. I found that AIT was pretty useless as it prepares you for a bunch of different occupations and not the one you are going into. I like it because you get more respect starting off because of there is normally 1 92a to each company. Making E-5 is pretty easy if you do your job right, but after that it becomes harder, but it is a good MOS if you are good at keeping track of things.
