Does anyone have the recipe for Gobi Manchuri as cooked by the street vendor in Hampi village?

I know that it is cauliflower fried in chick pea flour and then wok fried with soy sauce garlic chilli and sugar, but what else! And no soggy recipies please./ It should be really chewy!

I have no idea where Hampi village is but Gobi is the Hindi word for cauliflower and Manchur is Manchurian so I guess its the Indian version of Manchurian cauliflower..  Oh well this sounds like cauliflower bhajjia with the chinese sauce added to it and if you are Indian that should be easy enough for you to make. I would add a little cornflour mixed with water and some sesame seeds  and a few coriander leaves.   I dont really know but thats what I would do with it.
