Does anyone have the recipe for Swiss Chalet's chicken noodle soup?

If not, can you give me your thoughts on how you think it's made please? I'm trying to recreate that exact soup for someone in the hospital. Thanks!

Vegetable oil  6 cup

Garlic cloves, minced  6 oz

Chicken b*****s, raw, boneless, diced ½ inch  6 lb

Swiss Chalet Fine Foods #1-106 Turmeric  4 tbsp

Cayenne pepper  2 tsp

Coconut, grated  2 qt

Water  3 ½ gal

Swiss Chalet Fine Foods #215 HACO-Swiss CHICKEN NOODLE W/ MEAT SOUP M  1 box

Swiss Chalet Fine Foods #90095 Key Lime Juice  Ã‚½ cup

Peanut butter, crunchy  2 lb

Scallions, chopped  6 bunches

Cilantro Fresh, chopped  1 bunch



1. Heat oil in a large pan. Add garlic and fry for 1 minute until light golden. Add chicken and stir fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Add Turmeric

last 10 seconds.

2. Add water and Chicken Noodle Soup Mix, Key Lime Juice, coconut, cayenne pepper and peanut butter, cook for 10 minutes.

3. Add scallions and cilantro and cook for 30 more seconds.

Garnish with toasted coconut and sliced scallions.
