Does anyone have the recipe for homemade Pumpkin cookies w/ Chocolate chips?

I know it sounds strange... But alot of women where I live make homemade pumpkin cookies with chocolate chips... Yes chocolate chips... surprisingly they are very gooooood. I am in PA so it must be a dutch thing... I dunno but they are good. They are sorta spongey like... Would anyone share the recipe with me?

  1. Pumpkin Cookies

    4 cups flour

    2 quick cook oats

    2 tsp baking soda

    2 tsp Cinnamon

    1 tsp salt

    1 1/2 cups margarine or soften butter

    2 cups firm packed brown sugar

    1 cup white sugar

    1 egg

    1 tsp vanilla

    16 oz can pumpkin

    1 cup chocolate chips, raisins or nuts

    makes 32 large cookies.

    1st combine first 5 ingredients well with a whisk and set aside.

    In a separate bowl, cream margarine add sugar beating until light anf fluffy. add egg and vanilla and mix well, alternate adding flour mixture and pumpkin. Stir in chocolate chips, nut or raisins.

    1/4 cup scoops onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

    350 degree oven for 20-25min until golden brown. Cool on rack.

  3. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

    12 Servings

    INGREDIENTS

    1 cup canned pumpkin

    1 cup white sugar

    1/2 cup vegetable oil

    1 egg

    2 cups all-purpose flour

    2 teaspoons baking powder

    2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    1 teaspoon baking soda

    1 teaspoon milk

    1 tablespoon vanilla extract

    2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

    DIRECTIONS

    Combine pumpkin, sugar, vegetable oil, and egg. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and salt. Dissolve the baking soda with the milk and stir in. Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture and mix well.

    Add vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts.

    Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly brown and firm.
