Does anyone have the site where i can get adoption papers online to print out for free???

my mother is tryin to adopt my friends because she has been abused physically n mentally does anyone no a site we can get the papers for it??? preferably free

They are right... you don't just find paperwork and adopt them, sorry.

What you can do is have you and your mother document EVERYTHING you see and hear!!!  That is the way to help your friends.  Find out who was given their case and talk to the caseworker... they have a lot to do!!  They often have 70 or more cases at a time with more than one child different parents, not to mention foster parents, and doctors etc for each case.  Do not let them forget you... call again and again.  Keep a diary with dates and times... have the children do that as well... just make sure that they keep all of the information AT SCHOOL.  Have them talk to their councilors about their issues.... there are a lot of people that are REQUIRED to report... her councilor, her teacher, and her doctor to start with.  All of these people can help your friends.  

If your mom really wants to help do all of the above, and then maybe she could become a guardian, or a foster parent.

Sorry, but it doesn't work that way.  Your mom can't just print off adoption papers, hand them to your friend's parent and take your friend.  

Report the abuse to the proper authorities and make sure your friend gets to a safe environment.
