Does anyone have tight-lining suggestions?

I watched this video tutorial on how to tight-line eyeliner, but when I did it after about 10 minutes it was smudged under my eyes, I think I realized what I did wrong... I didn't use waterproof eyeliner. But does anyone else have suggestions about how to do tight-lining to make it less irritating to my eyes and stay put better? Anyone have a favorite waterproof eyeliner that works really well?

use liquid liner make sure you dont touch your eye thats what i do
