  1. Demi Lovato is VERY pretty. I also love her eye makeup. A simple way to do her makeup is to get a Kohl Soft Blend pencil eyeliner. It's an eyeliner that is easily blended and can be used to accomplish the smokey eye look. (It's the style she is wearing. Mosh Kohl Eyeliners come with a sponge blending brush on the other side.

    Simple Steps:

-Apply a white or grey base (Or eyeshadow) on your eyelid.

-Add a line of the Black Kohl Eyeliner around your eye. Make the line thicker at the outer corners of the eye. Also apply a black eyeliner to your waterline.

-With the blending side of the Kohl Eyeliner, (You can use a sponge eyeshadow brush as an alternative) you will want to blend the eyeliner. It will give a smokey look. Blend until it's desired.

-Use a light mascara on your eyelashes. I believe she applied mascara on her bottom lashes, as well.

This is a really simple look that is not as hard to do as it is made out to be. It may not look perfect the first time attempted. Practice. You will get it.

  2. eyeliner and dark grey eyeshadow

  3. One important element of her look is how she applied eye liner. It looks like she lined the lash line (above your lashes) on her upper and lower lids. Then I am sure she filled in her WATER LINE and TIGHT LINE. I've included a link for how to apply it, good luck.

  4. you need to get a light colored shadow--like an off white, cream, eggshell color-it can be matte or a slight shimmer. put that over your entire eyelid. then you need to get a dark shadow, black or gray. then apply it on your lower eyelid. go lightly at first, you can always add more to make it look darker. then you want to brush a little right under your eye from the pupil and sweep it out to meet the shadow from your top lid, at the corner of your eye. you can either round the corner out, or sweep it out and up at a slight angle. apply until it's dark enough. then, either get a clean shadow brush, or blow out the one that you've been using, and use it to smooth out and blend in the edges of the shadow. just sweep the brush over the edge of the dark shadow to blend it in. the get a black pencil liner, and line the inside of your lower lid. apply a set of flash lashes-the longer the more dramatic. after the glue dries, apply 2 coats of mascara. curl your lashes gently before you do this. line your top lid with either black liquid or pencil liner. make sure your eyebrows are already shaped. fill them in a little and brush them out. then get a white shimmer powder and brush it onto the inside corner of your eyes. start at the corner and then sweep it a little bit onto your upper lid, and then from the corner under your eye to meet the dark shadow that you applied from the pupil out. blend it in well. this should help you to achieve this look, or get pretty close to it!

  5. Mascara, eyelash curler, and eyeshadow around the eyes.

Don't expect it to turn out too great though, because in the picture she has had a professional do her hair and makeup.

  6. You know what I do to get that smoky eye look...

smudge gray shadow on my upper and lower lids

smear on a tiny bit of vaseline.

    squinch my eyes tightly together

it actually works to smudge the makeup around in that rock-star like, smoky eye way.
