Does anyone have trouble sleeping?

im lying awake it is now 2.35 a.m ,and i cannot sleep. I have to be up at 7.a.m.please any sugggestions onhow toget to sleep

  1. Maybe come off Answers and log off all together for a start! You will not get any sleep of you are typing away and staring at a computer screen! Your brain is still way too activate and nowhere near its resting/sleeping state.


  2. Best idea is to use white noise.

    Turn on a fan.

    Air conditioner.

    Or anything else that makes a humming or repetitive noise.

    That always gets me to sleep.

    Also, if the room is cold and you use a good amount of blankets, you might have an easier time. Just make sure the room is dark.

    If that doesn't help, put on some ambient music and use eye covers. If you don't any, try laying a wet cloth over your eyes.

  5. im the exact same, although im not in work or anything tomorrow... you could try camomile tea or warm milk or hot chocolate... although, being on the computer makes your mind race and makes it harder to go to sleep... so i'd havta say shut down the computer and if your bored then read a book or something (tv is as bad as comp.) just lie back and think of something relaxing or christmas or next summer - that usually works for me, but not always! hope you can sleep!! :)  

  6. music, classical music thats kinda relaxing, not that i can reccomend any artists/albums as i know nothing about it

  7. i would help but i have the same problem so when you find out plz let me know but i just try to get a comfortable spot make sure i'm not too hot not too cold just close my eyes and usually after awhile i can fall asleep

  8. I sleep like a baby, which does upset my housekeeper Mrs Humfrey's who has to come in and change my nappy at 3am when I wake up screaming. Tip top.
