Darya in Costa Mesa, CA has some rude waiters, but they're just s****.. I don't know of any where they waiters make you hat to wear.

When I worked at a pizzeria we had a clown on Tuesday and Wednesday nights to attract families. He's make hats for the kids. The kids liked that though and he wasn't a waiter.

The place in Chicago is actually called Ed Debevic's .  My friends took me there when I was 18 and I didn't really know the deal.  The waiter was being a real ***** to me and asked me what I was majoring in College.  When I told him I was majoring in writing he put his hand on his hip and said, "Hmmf! Better get used to teaching."



Without missing a beat I looked him in the face and said, "And since you're working here I guess you're acting career isn't working out."

He was so upset that I'd nailed his life that he gave another waitress our table.  I think he went in the back to cry.  

AWFUL restaurant!
