Does anyone here know of some really nice bars in Houston?

I am interested in a quiet and romantic place where I can have some quality time with my girlfriend. I have been to the 13 celsius and even though they are fine, they mostly serve wines. But thats the kind of place I am essentially looking for.

Try the bar in the St. Regis hotel at 1919 Briar Oaks Ln.  I've found it to be a great place that offers privacy in a posh setting.

Want something different?

Try the Fedora Lounge on Westheimer (Carillion center). It is a cigar bar, but has a decent wine and spirits collection. (Neither my wife nor I smoke, but I still like going there).

the only place that i can think of is the Richmond strip there is a bar on richmond and fountainview. its by D&B.Try Sherlocks also. go under local on yahoo and seach bars you can get a list there.
