Hab Al-Aziz (حب العزيز) has a few other names in Arabic like Hab Al-Zalam (حب الزلم) and Louz Al-Ard (لوز الأرض).

It's a type of nut/seed that is known as Chufa (Cyperus Esculentus), earth almond, tiger nut, earth chestnut, earth almond, yellow nutgrass, and rush nut.

Chufa is actually a Spanish word meaning: ground almond / earth almond. One ounce of Chufa nuts has about 120 calories (60 from fat) and 3g of protein. It has a lot less fat than regular almonds (one ounce = 163 calories / 126 from fat) but contains only half of the protein of almonds.

It's a kind of nut, and it does not have that much calories
