Does anyone here think a civic would ever take a mustang?

i like both sides, i like tuners (not ricers)- there's a difference and [some] american muscle. now who thinks a g*y tuned civic would be able to take a v8 mustang? any takers?

Maybe a civic could take a 'stang, if it was equipped with a tailpipe you could fit a grapefruit into? ; )

maybe with a supercharger and nos. otherwise, no chance

no stock civic will ever beat a stock mustang.

even some modified civics still don't even come close to the stock mustang GT.

and no way will a civic with only a giant exhaust big enough to fit a grapefruit into will ever beat a mustang.

take a stock 1996 civic EX with 127 horsepower

and a

stock 1996 mustang GT with 215 horsepower

which do you think would win?

A stock civic cannot take stock GT.

But I've seen souped up Civic that can do 1/4 mile in 12 seconds.  That's way faster than any STOCK gt.

And a GT can be souped up like that too.

So it is a qustion of which car is more souped up.
