yes, i shower everyday but i heard that if you do shower everyday that it could dry out your skin a lot. And if you wash your hair everyday it can dry out your hair, taking away its essential oils.

I bathe daily.  Usually with body wash.  Noxema on my face.  Shampoo and condition the hair daily also.  (I also use antiperspirant on a daily basis).  Odd question.  Why?
