Does anyone how can I get more information about charterer ships"?

Ship Brokers are a very secretive folk.  They may or may not talk to you.  A freight Forwarder does not 'book' or charter a ship, the 'book' freight or space on a ship.  There are many ship brokering companies, and many companies have their own in house chartering department.  Do a search for Mid-Ship Marine - a large chartering and logistic company from MY.  

Your term 'charterer ships' is a bit confusing.  A charterer charters a ship and a charterer will have ships they are operating or maybe just on a voyage charter.  

Specifically what are you looking for?  Maybe someone out here can help you.

Contact a freight forwarder in the phone book. Also look up and contact ship brokers.
