  1. LOVE IT!  There are many men's, women's and college teams in the USA.  I've played 15's and 7 both in the US and Canada for the past 7 years!

As for tele coverage:  sad.  However, many cities have pubs that will purchase viewing and charge a cover fee to watch the game.  It's tons of fun and you get to meet other ruggers that way!

My women's team is touring in France during the World Cup this September!

  2. TONS of people in the USA love rugby. We play it every weekend. We don't watch it much though. As others have pointed out, television coverage is scarce and expensive.

  3. Yes we LOVE it!  I play #8 for a community women's rugby team on the Central Coast of California!  The sport is blossoming beautifully.  Now, about England...you boys have got to get your selves together for World Cup!  NZ is going to come in and knock some heads! The reigning World Champs need to step up or its all over bro!  Good Luck!

  4. I do!!!!!!!! but i will not shell out 180 to watch it. As for you......NZ will wip yalls butts

  5. No, we evolved and therefore have moved on to football.

  6. I love rugby. I currently play it in college.

  7. I love rugby. I play wing for a local club here in Virginia.

  8. Sure, I live in God's Country (the USA!), Love rugby, including English Rugby, But I am unwilling to pay $180.00 a year plus more for select live matches.  Until USA rugby and the IRB learn that lesson, rugby will never be watchable by the masses.
