Does anyone in New South Wales breed bantum ducks

I have 6 lovely (ridiculously spoilt) bantam hens and would love very much to add a pair of ducks to the mix. Is there anyone in NSW or Australia that breeds these little fellows?

Thank you

C

  1. There is no actual breed of duck called Bantam duck . .

Bantam ducks is just another name for call ducks  so I am assuming you mean call ducks who are tiny little ducks and have great little personalities and come in many colour and variations =). . .

Btw the term bantam duck means it is a smaller version of ducks not a specific breed!

sorry, but I am not from australia i am from Ireland but i just wanted to tell you that and  up above is a link to images of call ducks =) and links to people who breed them (mainly in america i think) but then again the might know people that breed them in NSW

all else you can do is ring up a poultry club in australia and ask about breeders of calls  near you!

    Hope I helped x
