Does anyone in italy know a good italian/english baking/culinary school in italy?

Hey,

I would like to travel to italy, and learn baking/pastry, but while researching online I've yet to come across one in italy that also allows americans/english speaking. I'm going to assume I didn't check enough, and I am just wondering if any of you italians or americans know anything about this. If you do please let me know.
