Does anyone in the Tri-Cities area of Washington state know what frequency ZFUN 106 (Moscow) can be heard on?

ZFUN is a station broadcasting out of Moscow, Idaho. It could originally be heard at 95.3 in the Tri-Cities, but all of a sudden, it had like some other station on that frequency.

That's called a format change. Management decided to try something else because (sorry) your station wasn't making enough money.
