Does anyone in the UK know what age girls can get a saturday job?

My 14 year old twin daughters have asked me if they can get a job but I am not sure how old they have got to be, because of the child working laws.

They can do paper delivery.

Answer 2

They can get a Saturday job at 14 but must have a local authority permit. Here's a link to the hours and when they can work.

As they are under 15, they can only work for 5 hours on a Saturday, 2 hours on a Sunday and  2 hours on a School day.

A maximum of 25 hours during non-school weeks.
