  1. I used them for a couple of years...after joining their MLM program, of course......then, this Spring did some "comparing" of electricity rates only to learn they were currently charging me 14.7cents pkh when I switched to the 11.6cent provider.  Stream has to pay those MLM commissions from somewhere, agreed?

  2. Yes.. about 18 monsth ago I signed a contract to purchase electricity at 12.9  cents per kwh.  I am curious why you are asking...  :o)   my rate is pretty good because electriciy prices have gone up....

  3. I'm a rep and I have about 4-5 customers in the dallas/plano area.

We are the largest CREP (competitive retail electric provider).

Make sure your rate is locked in. The prices will hit 20 cents very soon as the highest one I was today is 24 cents. I locked a lot of my customers in at 12 cents and lots of people on my team have locked in at that rate also.

If you were on a 1 yr contract and never renewed to another contract by default you will go month to month. Then the rates will fluctuate like any other company.

The price difference is cost savings from not having to pay for TV and billboard ads. Was it 400million for Reliant Energy Stadium. Not sure what TXU pays Tom Tynan for his tv spots. Shoot, even Amigo energy has the old boxer Oscar De La Hoya.

We were also won the best customer service award nudging out AT&T for customer innovation. Call your service company and see if you can understand them. Ours are in Dallas. Our automated voice machine can even tell you your contract information without talking to anyone. Quick and easy stuff you should have access to without being on hold all day long.

contact me for questions. Trust me, you don't want TXU and Commerce energy. Flat customer charges and hidden taxes. When was the last time a company sent you a sample bill. I think not. I have one if your interested.
