  1. Yes,he really exists.He is currently serving as Minister for Municipal and Rural affairs in Saudi Arabia.


  2. He has held several senior government posts starting as Deputy Minister of Defence in 1956. Prince Mutaib has been serving as the Kingdom's Minister for Municipal & Rural Affairs since 1975.
