Question:

Does anyone in this section use affirmations to improve their health?

I really believe once we are aware of why we are creating something it can be healed. I know allot of people have had success with this. Are you someone who has done this? If so what can you tell me about your experiences with this. If you have any good books to suggest I would appreciate that & any info. I already read Louise Hay books. Any info. about you is appreciated.

  1. I believe in it. But you have to be committed and take the time to do this.  I like to feel focused, but as usual, there never seems to be time.  Just lazy I guess.

You learn to listen and read your body, get to know it well, everything good / bad that happens for a reason (there is always a cause) it takes years of study and practice, meditation plays a big part in self-healing. i have practiced this for many years now (my female ancestors were traditional healing women / herbalists / witches!) so i think its in my genes! good luck with your research. lol

  3. You might also trying searching out info on self-hypnosis. I know it may sound kinda crazy, but that's basically what you're doing with affirmations, anyway. Even Lance Armstrong's Livestrong.com site has a video about how to do it to help you improve yourself. Check it out and good luck.
