That looks like Positano for sure. I was there last year, here is a photo that I took that shows that building in bottom right of your photo. It is in the bottom left of mine.

Amazingly enough, this could be anywhere in Italy.  However, it doesn't look green enough to be Lake Como region, and I don't believe that the architecture is that "big" on the Amalfi coast.  If I had to guess anywhere, I'd say it was along the Cinque Terre.
