this isn't answering your question but did you know that Rhiannon got Margot in the national tour! and Lauren is Elle understudy in the tour.

So all top 4 girls got a good deal! lol

Bailey Hanks' current contract is for 6 months, at which point they will decide whether to renew her contract or get a replacement.  She may also decide to go back to school.  It's a little early to tell right now.  Autumn has a similar deal.
