HELP ME OUT i can't find any resturant to go in Medellin Colombia so if you know any local resturants tell me please

Parque Lleras in Poblado is full of open air restaurants and nightlife.

Also at the bottom floor of Hotel Affinity across from the shopping mall in Poblado is one of the best restaurants in Medellin,  very trendy and need reservations.  Up the hill across from the Intercontinental Hotel is a rustic, steak place that is traditional and not bad.
