Does anyone know English speaking Universities in Mexico?

Me and my friend Anaelle are from Haiti. We are to graduate june 2008,We would like to go study in Mexico...the only problem is we dont speak spanish !! we have lived i haiti all our lives but we went to an American school ever since we were children...can anyone help ?

You could checkout La Universidad IberoAmericana in Mexico City.  I know a lot exchange student from the USA go there.  There's also a university in Cuernavaca & one in Monterrey - but I don't remember the name of them.
