Does anyone know Peru, Lima's GSM frequencey & major serice providers are for mobiles phones?

GSM frequency is 1900. Besides, there are two major service providers for mobile phones: telefonica and Claro. I would recommend Telefonica as they offer the best servcie internationally speaking. Telefonoca has offices in all Europe and Latin America. Also, they are associated with Bell south.
