No im afraid not, are you sure that;s how they spell their surname. Maybe it's O'Donoghue. If you go onto the eircom phonebook on the internet you can look up their address and telephone number, but you may need to know what town they are living in. Do you know any additional details or is this all you have. Let me know I might be able to help
