These are spam. If it looks too good to be true then it probably is. Do you normally have dealings on the net with anyone from overseas. If you do the chances are that you will know them and their past history. If you have never heard of them SPAM them.

I think the clue is in the surname.  If I was scammed I think I'd say "Ouch" as well.

Don't open those.  They're spam.  Someone is trying to steal your identity.  Label it spam and send away.

SCAM - they often use the names of real lawyers who know nothing about the scam just to rope you in. Work on the basis that if it's got anything to do with Nigeria then it is a scam. Use extreme caution except when clicking the delete button...
