I am in england and I would like to learn to speak english with a british accent since I am going to start working here, but I think that speaking like them it will make things a bit easier.

You need to search for 'elocution lessons' in your area.

there is no British accent

if your in Gloucester, you will be looking to speak with a gloucester accent, or a bit broader, a South-West English Accent

there is more than just one accent that covers the whole of Island of Britain
