  1. http://www.onlineclock.net

It works wonders in my home!!

  2. look on yahoo widgets

and type in count down timer.

    yahoo widgets have everything.

    UK

  3. Do you use MSN? You can set up alerts there for bidding reminders - and provided you leave your computer sound on it would ping as it emailed you.

  4. Hi

I my experience its always best to leave you maximum bid and let EBay bid for you this way you don't get into a bidding war and buy for more than the article is worth to you

  5. i like tinkerbells online clock idea - thats cool

alternatively - theres www.auctionsniper.com - this will bid up to the maximum you set within the VERY last few seconds of an auction - great or when your not gonne be on your pc at the time the auction closes

personally, i tend to use the countdown timer on my watch and when theres less than an hour to run, ebay give the time left in mins and seconds, as the page refreshes i make a note of the time say 57m 44s and then i put this onto my watch at 57m 34s, input the price im willing to pay and press place bid - your then taken to the next page and theres just a "confirm bid" button that needs a click - when the alarm sounds i switch windows, click on the button and get in there within the last 4 seconds of an auction, leaving no time for anyone to outbid me
